Appointed Managing Director of South Staffordshire Water in January 2004, following four years as Deputy Managing Director. He has 32 years experience in the water industry with South Staffordshire Water, and is the National Junior Vice President of the Institute of Water Officers (president elect for 2008). Jack is also Chairman of UIST, the Water Industry Charity for Training, and is the "Regulated Industries" representative on the Environment Agency's Strategy Forum.
