About Caroline

Caroline was appointed Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal at South Staffordshire Plc in March 2020, and took on the additional role of General Counsel in 2024.

In her current capacity, she leads the Group’s legal, insurance, and company secretarial functions, providing strategic counsel and governance support to the Board and executive leadership team.

Caroline brings a wealth of experience from her previously-held legal and governance roles, working in a variety of sectors including financial services, hospitality, events, conferences, and live entertainment.

As a qualified solicitor and chartered secretary, Caroline is passionate about mentoring and supporting the professional development of aspiring lawyers.
