About Caroline

Caroline was appointed Group Head of Marketing and Communication in June 2021, after joining the business in January 2015 as Marketing Manager for Echo Managed Services. Prior to this, she worked in strategic communication roles across multiple sectors at Xerox, Pirelli and Legrand. In her current role, Caroline leads the teams responsible for branding, media relations, corporate communications, marketing, internal communications, and graphic design across the South Staffordshire Plc Group of businesses. An experienced and passionate communications leader, Caroline is committed to aligning communication strategies with overall business goals and delivering clear, compelling communication that inspires trust and drives action. She is passionate about the power that creative and value-add strategic communication has in driving both employee engagement and business growth.
