About Rob

Rob was appointed Group Financial Controller in March 2024 before becoming Director of Group Finance in 2026.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, Rob has held senior positions across a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, transportation and hospitality. He has had a number of different positions, including the Head of Treasury and Tax for a number of PLC and PE backed businesses. A strong team player who embraces change, Rob brings deep expertise in group consolidation, implementing new accounting systems, and strengthening internal controls. He has a proven track record of driving change and delivering improvements in complex business environments.
