Rob joined South Staffordshire Plc as Group IT Director in July 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT.

He has extensive expertise in senior stakeholder and supplier management, business and IT strategy, development lifecycles, and cyber security.

Since joining, Rob has led the company’s cyber recovery and security enhancement programme, and has designed and implemented a multi-year IT transformation strategy. A strategic thinker and passionate leader, Rob excels at guiding technical and cross-functional teams to deliver lasting impact.
