G Stow and IWS M&E appoint Divisional Director
In this newly titled role, Mike will lead both businesses and support continued investment in technical excellence, safety and customer service.
Mike brings over 18 years’ operational and customer focused leadership experience across HM Courts & Tribunals Service, Severn Trent Services and Severn Trent Water. He has led UK‑wide operations in highly regulated environments, delivering sustained improvements in performance, customer experience and employee engagement, and has a strong track record in large‑scale operational delivery, commercial contract management and transformational change.
This change follows Dean Adams’ transition to a new leadership role within OnSite, another South Staffordshire Plc business.
Mike Williams commented:
“I’m delighted to be taking on the role of Divisional Director and to have the opportunity to lead G Stow and IWS M&E into its next phase of growth. The business has a strong team, deep technical capability and a clear role to play in supporting our customers and the wider Group. I’m looking forward to working closely with colleagues to build on that strength, continue improving our performance and deliver even greater value for the customers and communities we serve.”
G Stow will continue to focus on delivering high‑quality engineering services across the water, environmental and infrastructure sectors, with a strong emphasis on safety, innovation and customer value, while IWS M&E remains focused on supporting the UK water industry with high‑quality engineering, maintenance and project delivery, underpinned by a strong safety culture and customer‑first approach.
