Infrastructure Gateway Ltd secures partnership with Taylor Wimpey and Calco 101

Infrastructure Gateway Ltd (IGL), the UK’s largest independent multi-utility infrastructure provider, and part of South Staffordshire Plc, is proud to announce it has successfully secured a new partnership with leading housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey and joint owner Calco 101.
Taylor Wimpey East Midlands and Calco 101 has jointly appointed IGL to support the delivery of a new housing development on land at Leeds Farm, Peterborough. IGL will carry out utility network installations for the full development.
As part of the £2.5 million project, IGL will undertake the installation and commissioning of new water and electricity mains and services to support new homes, a community centre, and a school. The scope of works also includes the installation of electrical substations to ensure robust and reliable infrastructure across the development.
