Pelican Business Services chooses Echo’s Aptumo billing solution

The integrated business services provider will deploy Aptumo to serve and support Bristol Water and Wessex Water customers.

The agreement with Pelican Business Services, the company that manages all of Bristol Water’s and Wessex Water’s metering, billing and collection operations and customer enquiries, marks a major milestone in Echo’s mission to transform billing operations across the sector. Aptumo will be deployed to enhance customer experience, streamline billing processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Aptumo will support Pelican Business Services’ entire billing operation, serving 4.1 million customers across 2.5 million supply connection points. Built on, and native to Salesforce, Aptumo offers real-time data visibility, configurable workflows, and seamless integration with customer service platforms. The solution will help Pelican Business Services to reduce operational costs and improve billing accuracy and customer experience.
